3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Blynqram (posts, questions, exams, classroom materials). By posting content, you grant Blynqram a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Use automated systems (bots) to access the platform without permission
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform
  • Share copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

5. Classrooms & Exams

Classroom creators are responsible for the content and management of their classrooms. Exam results are generated automatically and Blynqram does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify important educational content independently.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also deactivate their own accounts at any time through the app settings.

7. Advertisements

Blynqram displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the platform, you acknowledge that ads may be shown during your experience.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blynqram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Blynqram after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
